110 Annual Public Landfill Monitoring and Supervision Management Plan

Absrtact
A summary of the main work items in 110, including: 1.Results of landfill supervision (1).Common deficiencies in the management of the operating yard include insufficient on-site management manpower, failure to allocate funds for the purchase of covering earthwork and biogas pipes, failure to fill in the operation records and prevent damage to the isolation net from scattering waste. (2).Most of the closed yards in the county are temporarily used for garbage transfer. The management unit needs to handle daily cleaning, disinfection and sewage/seepage water collection and return operations. 2.110 Years Landfill Groundwater Test Results (1).The water quality items of the landfill exceeding the monitoring standard include total hardness, total dissolved solids, ammonia nitrogen, total organic carbon, sulfate, iron, manganese and TOC, etc. (2).Analysis of the upstream and downstream concentrations of each test item in each field are high and low, and the long-term monitoring conditions vary. (3).Comparing with the regional groundwater monitoring wells set up by the Environmental Protection Agency, ammonia nitrogen, iron and manganese all exceed the second category groundwater monitoring standards. 3.Environmental monitoring results of Huwei Field (1).The measured values of COD, iron and ammonia nitrogen in the surface water monitoring results are high. (2).The groundwater monitoring results show that the long-term ammonia nitrogen and iron concentrations exceed the standard greatly, the TOC concentration changes greatly, and the total hardness and TDS concentration have no obvious changes during the monitoring period. (3).The air quality hydrogen sulfide monitoring results show that it meets the air pollutant emission standard (0.1ppm). 4.Soil monitoring results (1).The 110-year soil test results of the Dongshichang, Tukuchang, Gukeng and Beigang fields leased from Taiwan Sugar Land all meet the soil pollution monitoring standards. 5.Landfill related business (1).The results of aerial photographs (including thermal images) taken at public landfills within the jurisdiction in 110, the average temperature of the landfill area, the temporary waste storage area, the temporary waste storage area, the closed recovery area and the waste packing area is 53 degrees. (2).To conduct education and training courses for relevant operators of public waste landfills within the jurisdiction of Yunlin County, so as to increase the professional knowledge of management personnel and improve the quality of landfill operation and management. (3).The groundwater monitoring well setting work was completed on October 25th. All groundwater well setting operations were completed. 6.Circular economy of agricultural waste (1).Hold a publicity meeting on agricultural waste disposal methods, so that participants can understand the source of agricultural waste in the county and the lack of centralized collection and recycling mechanisms. (2).The circular economy assessment of agricultural wastes in Yunlin County is to solve the problem of open burning and disposal of agricultural wastes within the central and southern agricultural counties, and to improve the autonomous treatment capacity of the county. (3).Yunlin has set up a green power center to exchange and reciprocate the burning of agricultural and forestry auxiliary materials in neighboring counties and cities, so as to integrate and solve the problem of garbage and agricultural and forestry auxiliary materials.
